Instead of making the argument for or against gun control, let's let the data direct the conversation. The only problem is data is limited due to a 20-year ban and funding gap for public health research on gun violence. It's hard to have an evidence-based discussion when there is none. This article was shocking to me and I'm happy this organization is taking action.
